Functional Core 
Group
Beginners Or Intermediate Levels are offered.
A series of Medium to High Intensity FUNCTIONAL Body Weight Exercises - Targeting all over body co-ordination, stability, balance.  Medium to High Impact Workouts.

Kettlebell
Group
Beginners Level offered.
A series of Medium to High Intensity Exercises -  Utilizing Kettlebells.  Learning basic Kettlebell Skills to develop Explosive Power & Strength.  Low to Medium Impact Workouts.

Duration: Approx. 30-40 mins
Suspension Cables
Group
Beginners Or Intermediate Levels are offered.
A series of Medium to High Intensity Suspension Exercises . Combining Cable, Body Angles and Changes in footing to increase and decrease intensity levels of the workout - Targeting all over body co-ordination, stability, balance and CORE Strengthening.  Low to almost no Impact Workout.

Circuit Training 
Group
Mix Beginners and Intermediate levels are welcome.
A series of 8 to 10 Medium to High Intensity Exercises Combining ALL styles of Body Weight Core, Kettlebells & Suspension Cables - Targeting all over body co-ordination, stability, balance and CORE Strengthening.  4 different style circuits with specific fitness themes are available and rotated weekly in sequence. 1 minute each exercise - complete 2 to 3 sets of 10 Exercises. Medium to High Impact Workout.

AerojumpRope
Group
Beginner Level Offered.
An awesome Skip rope Cardio Class. A series of paired workouts - Alternating Skip Rope & Core Exercises.  Repeating 5 rounds per exercise in a total of 5 Sets. Improves skip rope skills, balance, hand-eye and feet co-ordination, cardio, stamina.
Medium to High Impact Workout.
Class Size: 10 Pax

Triple Core
Group
Beginner Level Offered.
A series of 3 styles of exercise all put into one class. 3 Kettlebell Exercises + 3 Body Weight Core Exercises + 3 Suspension Cable Exercises. Each exercise to be performed in 1 minute each  x 3 sets.  Complete 9 rounds of the first set before moving to the next 9, and so on.  Medium to High Impact Workout.

Boxercise
Group
Beginner Level Offered.
A fun look at the world of Boxing. Incorporating some basic boxing  techniques in a Circuit style class. An excellent Cardio Class. Medium to High Intensity. Medium to High Impact Workout.

One to One
Our Most POPULAR PRODUCT!  A One to One Experience with a Personal Trainer. Focusing on the Clients needs and fitness goals. Fitness Evaluation, Body Measurements, Fat Percentage, Before/After Photo, Strengthening/rehabilitating old injuries & Goal Settings are some of the aspects of Personal Training.  Progressive Workouts utilizing all facilities of Core Reactor from Suspension Training, Kettlebells, Body Weight Core, Battleropes, Sledgehammer, Medicine Balls etc.  Designed specifically for the client.

Motivational Coaching 
One to One
A One to One Experience with a Personal Trainer. Although not as comprehensive as the Personal Training Package, clients can choose from a variety of PRESET workouts from one session to the next.  Inclusive of Suspension Training, Kettlebell Training, Body Weight Core Training, Combos, Aerojumprope, Boxercise & Triple Core Insanity Workouts.  Non customizable workouts. Each choice will offer Beginner, Intermediate and Advance Levels which will sufficiently challenge each client’s fitness level.
