1.0 WHAT IS CORE REACTOR PT STUDIO?

Core Reactor PT Studio is a APPOINTMENTS ONLY, Private Personal Training Studio.  Our Specialties are Suspension Cable Exercises, Kettlebells, Functional Body Weight Core Exercises & various other styles of Fitness Training.  We are NOT a conventional Gym and do NOT have any Heavy Weight Lifting Equipment.  We have a minimalistic approach to Fitness Training and we pride ourselves on having workout SPACE.  We don't have anything you don't need and plenty of what you need. :)  More information about us here - http://www.corereactor.com/About_Us.html



2.0 WHAT CORE REACTOR DOES.

Basically, we provide 2 types of Fitness Training.  1) Personal Training - A private 'one to one', 1 hour session of personal training with an Instructor.  Customizable & Preset workouts catered to manage your fitness goals or the rehabilitation of existing old/new injuries.  2) Group Classes - Small manageable groups, 1 hour long, with fun sociable like minded fitness fanatics.  Available in Beginner & Intermediate Classes.  Currently we are offering the following types of Group Sessions - Circuit Training, Beginner Kettlebell Classes, Beginner/Intermediate Suspension Cable Classes, Beginner/Intermediate Functional Body Weight Core Classes, AeroJumpRope Classes and Triple Core Insanity Classes.  SEE WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING about Core Reactor PT Studio - http://www.corereactor.com/Comments.html


3.0 WHAT ARE THE FEES?

There are NO monthly FEES.  All clients register RM50 annually.  Registration is NOT inclusive of Exercises or ACCESS to the studio.  Our concept is simple.  You PRE-PURCHASE what you would like to use.  There are 3 Options for Group Sessions.  1) Pay as you go. 2) Purchase 4 Sessions and get an additional session FOC and, 3) Purchase 7 Sessions and get 3 additional Sessions FOC.  Personal Training 'One to One' Sessions are available in 10 Sessions or 18 Sessions.  All packages are purchased IN ADVANCE.  There are NO REFUNDS, however we will be happy to convert any purchases to another package if you decide that the package you chose is not for you.  We accept payment in Cash, Local Cheques or Local Credit Card (Foreign Cards are subject to additional Charges).  Keep in mind, Packages Purchased have EXPIRATION DATES.  So be sure to use up your sessions before it expires.  When you have utilized ALL your PRE-PURCHASE sessions, all you have to do is buy some more. Terms and Conditions will apply to ALL workout packages.  From time to time, we CONDUCT PROMOTIONS where discounted prices are available to both existing Clients and Newcomers.  Keep an eye out for these!  We do not normally circulate our Pricelist.  Please come visit the studio to get pricing.


4.0 ARE THERE ANY FREE TRIAL SESSIONS?

Free Trial Sessions are ONLY available for GROUP Sessions and NOT for Personal Training Sessions.  However, all POTENTIAL CLIENTS, MUST register RM50.00 first, before they are entitled for a FREE GROUP TRIAL SESSION.  From time to time, we conduct OPEN DAYS, where interested people are welcome to visit the STUDIO and try some of the types of workouts conducted here at CORE REACTOR PT STUDIO.  OPEN DAYS are FREE.


5.0 HOW LONG DOES ONE SESSION LAST FOR?

All GROUP/PERSONAL TRAINING sessions will be conducted and completed within a 1 HOUR period, from arrival to finish.

7.0 HOW DO 'I' GET STARTED WITH CORE REACTOR?

There are ONLY 2 things you need to do - 

1)  Contact us via email / telephone and make an APPOINTMENT to come see Core Reactor.  We do not entertain any 'Walk-in' Customers.  The reason for this is that throughout the day there are on-going Group Classes & Personal Training Sessions being conducted.  We do not wish to interrupt these classes.  So appointments are important.


2) Go to the following links and printout the Registration Form & Fitness Consent Form.  Fill them in before coming to the Studio.

If you are unable to reach us via phone, PLEASE leave us a message.  Its very important that you leave us your - FULL NAME, E-MAIL ADDRESS, MOBILE CONTACT NUMBER, so that we know who are and that we can contact you back.


8.0 HOW DO I BOOK MY WORKOUTS SESSIONS?

All sessions are made by appointments.  We do NOT ALLOW 'BLOCK BOOKING'.  This ensures that everyone has a fair opportunity to get the time slots that they want.   Our POLICY has always been, '1st come, 1st serve' basis.  You will normally BOOK your NEXT session at the END of your LAST Session.  In addition, once you become a Core Reactor member, you will receive an email with our WEEKLY PROGRAM every TUESDAY & FRIDAY night.  On this email there will be a list of GROUP SESSIONS, with a brief description of the workout, the time of the session, available slots for the session, and the initials of the people already booked in for the GROUP SESSION.  All you have to do, is reply to this email, indicating which session you would like to participate in.  Alternatively, you could send us a TEXT message or call our main line and leave us a VOICEMAIL.


9.0 HOW DO I CANCEL A BOOKING?

As a courtesy, ALL GROUP CLASS cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, without exception.  If the cancellation is made on the day or if you do not show up for your booked session, it will be counted as a USED Session and it will be deducted from your balance sessions.


9.1 ARE THERE ANY PENALTIES FOR CANCELING A PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION OR A MOTIVATIONAL SESSION?

Cancellations for Personal Training or Motivational Coaching Sessions must be made 24 hours before the session.  If the client cancels the day before the session, NO penalty is applied.  Any cancellations made on the day itself is an immediate forfeit.


We don’t like penalizing clients for not showing up, so please make sure that your schedule at the time of your booking is clear and that you will be able get down to what you really need to do - EXERCISE!

12.0 WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE AT CORE REACTOR PT STUDIO?

Core Reactor has a Shared Changing Room, Shared Toilet and a Shared Shower facility.  The STUDIO is completely AIR CONDITIONED.  We supply Cold/Hot Drinking water with drinking cups.  Clean Hand Towels are also provided.  A basic 1st AID kit is also available at the Studio for minor injuries.


13.0 WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR ATTENDING CORE REACTOR?

Normal Exercise attire is required during any workout sessions.   Please keep in mind that the Studio is FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED and we will not be turning the air conditioning OFF at anytime during business hours.  If you are sensitive to the cold, please dress accordingly.  Clean Sport Shoes must be worn during workout Sessions.  NO SLIPPERS are allowed.  As a courtesy and for the comfort of all clients, it is important that personal hygiene be observed and ANTIPERSPIRANT DEODORANTS MUST be used at all times. :)  We have some workout gloves and braces for wrist and knee injuries.  For hygiene purposes it is recommended that you bring your own workout gloves, wrist, ankle, knee, elbow guards if you require them.


14.0 CAN I BRING FRIENDS/FAMILY TO COME WATCH ME EXERCISE?

During classes, ONLY Core Reactor Members who have booked in and are participating in the Workout Session are allowed to be in the STUDIO.  Non-members/Friends/Spouses/Partners/Family Members are NOT permitted in the STUDIO during workout Sessions to view the exercise session.  If you have a friend/family member who might be interested to join you in a GROUP SESSION, kindly inform us and make an appointment to register them FIRST.


15.0 WHO CAN BE A MEMBER OF CORE REACTOR PT STUDIO?

Anyone who is physically capable of doing exercise is welcome to become a member of Core Reactor PT Studio.  It does not matter if you are a BEGINNER or a seasoned FITNESS ENTHUSIAST, all are welcome.  You must be 18+.  If you have a Chronic Medical Condition or Existing Injury that MAY hinder your ability to perform exercises, it is a requirement to get some form of clearance from a recognized PHYSICIAN.  Exercise is not without its risks and this or any other exercise program may result in injury. To reduce the risk of injury in your case,  consult your doctor before beginning this or any exercise program. The instructors and advice presented are in no way intended as a substitute for medical consultation  The instructor disclaims any liability from and in connection with this program. As with any exercise program,  if at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint,  dizzy,  or have physical discomfort,  you should stop immediately and consult a physician.
